Not certain of the locations, dates or © of these images. The Schauenburg was built for H. Schuldt of Hamburg. She was the lead vessel in her class, there being 6 others in the first batch. Two went to Elder Dempsters (Sherbro and Shonga) and one to Nigerian National Shipping Line (River Hadejia)
After Palm Line
Seen here as the General Salom a name she carried between 1985 and 1994 under the Venezuelan flag. She went on to become the Orient Challenge (Cypriot registry) from 1994 to 1999 went she to Indian shipbreakers and was beached on 13/08/99. © Unkown
